1 ) No refund of deposit will be entertained once booking has been confirmed and subsequently cancelled by owner.

 

2 ) Please ensure that your cat(s) have not been exposed to and do not carry communicable diseases and are currently vaccinated against Feline Infectious Enteritis and Cat Flu. Your pets must be clean and free of parasites or they will be treated at your expense. In any
case all cats will be checked upon arrival and will not be admitted if they show signs of poor health or of infectious diseases.

 

3 ) Male cats: Male cats above 7 months can only be boarded if they have been neutered. Female cats should be neutered as well.

 

4 ) Please confirm that your pet/s are not known to be vicious and any special precautions to be taken with them have been fully communicated to ComfyCattery.

 

5 ) For 2 cats that are to be housed together, please ensure that they are compatible and can live and eat together.

 

6 ) In the event of an emergency requiring medical attention, ComfyCattery will use the nearest available vet and/or consult with pet’s regular vet. The pet/s guardian will be responsible for any veterinary and related expenses incurred and will be kept informed of any serious problems.

 

7 ) Check in and out are by APPOINTMENT ONLY, and ComfyCattery should be informed asap if there is a need to change the date and /or time. However, if the cat/s are to be collected before the end of the of booked period, the full duration will still be charged regardless.

 

8 ) Payment for boarding and any other expenses (if any) are to be made in full by cash before pet (s) are released back to guardian.

 

9 ) If one week after scheduled check out neither the guardian nor agent have picked up or changed arrangements to pick-up the pet(s), they become property of the ComfyCattery with disposition at their discretion. The guardian will still be responsible for boarding fees as long as the pet/s are in the care of ComfyCattery.

 

10 ) Every precaution will be taken to safeguard the security and health of all your cat/s but the responsibility of boarding will be at guardian’s risk. Similarly, ComfyCattery will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to carriers, collars, beds etc that are left at the cattery.
